I really need help with this, it says " Another administrator is logged in to the Sky Hub. " and now i cant log into the sky hub on any device

After around 5 minutes inactivity on the previous device that session should terminate

Sky Stream , Sky Superfast, SR203 router, Tp link td w9970 + Asus RT AX58U (backup), Xbox Series X, google home mini, LG 55 inch uhd tv, with Dolbyvision, samsung a5 2017 and samsung s21
