My Windows 10 PC, Samsung and Xiaomi phones are disconnected while asleep
and cannot reconnect after waking.
The SR203 router is working fine with 3 green lights and some other devices connected ok.
The problem seems to be that the Router does not assign an IP address to the devices trying to connect.
I assigned fixed address to all my devices but problem remains.
The devices show "connected to router" but "no internet connection"
Restarting the devices does not fix it.
Pressing the WPS button does not fix it
Power cycling the Router fixes it
I cannot do a reboot because my PC is not connected to control the router
It is an OK solution, but, the 2-3 min disruption to all devices is annoying
Any better way?

I followed the link supplied by @Lisa-P1987 to open a chat with Sky support UK
But as I am an ROI customer they said they would pass me over to ROI support team.
No progress after that 😞

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHave you tried holding the reset button on the rear of the hub for a minimum of 30 seconds?

The router is working fine just that the particular devices cannot reconnect after waking up.
My only solution is to power down /wait 1 min / power up
Pressing the reset button would achieve the same result
But does not sove the issue of disconnecting all other devices for the dutation of the reset / power cycle

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHolding the reset button is not the same as single pressing it or power cycling the router. Holding it will restore the router to factory settings and clear any gremlins out of the firmware. If the router wont provide IP addresses to devices after they wake up then its quite possibly a router issue so I'd recommend you try it.
Sky support will only tell you to do the same and then try sending you a fresh router, anything past that and you'll be on your own.
