Overdue broadband

Signed up for Sky as a new customer. Went for a bundle that included sky stream 

 

Not even two days after signed up I received my sky stream box. 

However, my broadband was supposed to activate yesterday and I haven't had a WiFi hub delivered and no updates! 

To be honest there communication has been so poor, not a great first experience!

@Rmck1 Do you have the MySky app or logged into your account online? Is it showing the router as being dispatched?

On the app it just says awaiting to be dispatched, but really it should've been dispatched the middle of last week ready for yesterday!
