Over past weeks my Sky ultrafast broadband keeps disconnecting randomly. The problem is increasing in frequency. WiFi router requires rebooting. Very inconsistent service. Tried changing WiFi channel but no improvement. Advice please.

If its over a copper phone line tgen it could be a like issue if you run the connection test in the My Sky app or website thst can offer to book an engineer. Full fibre lines are far more reliable but tge lights on the ONT unit the hub connects to are diagnostic green is good red means a line fault.
in either case it is worth calling Sky if it contiinues.
