Over night I cannot access the internet, send or receive emails and I am sure it is due to Sky as all other searches work when using my Norton Safe Search. When I access Sky.com there is an error message “this site can’t be reached” and I cannot sign in to contact sky

Hi I have had no replies regarding solutions only messages telling me a team is working on it or it is being escalated, so for not impressed.
