Outage update on repair?

I've had an outage in my area and cannot find anything that says when this will be repaired, I work from home and this has screwed me over I can't even give an estimate to my boss on how long it will take to repair. Can anyone help with how long this should be?

Re: Outage update on repair?

Honestly wasn't sure if there was any staff on this platform to answer questions. I mean I would be happy with someone who has had this problem recently. That way I know a rough timeframe I'm look at.

I suppose no two outages are the same as we don't know the cause or what a repair will entail. Don't forget wfh gives no priority in a repair as Sky Broadband is a domestic service.
