Outage in area. How do I report so I qualify for compensation?
Do receive compensation you have to report the outage but I can't find a way to do this. Can someone please let me know the best way to do this?

Re: Outage in area. How do I report so I qualify for compensation?
The outage needs to be fixed first before even thinking of compensation as per this link:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/auto-compensation
After you’ve told us your broadband and/or talk isn’t working at all, we have two full working days to fix it. If it’s not fixed, we’ll pay you £9.76 for each day until it is.
Give Sky a call to report it. The fee is payable by the way of a credity placed on your account.
