Outage in West Cornwall (TR20 postcode). Helpline says problem resolved but not. 5 days now

Outage on 17 September. Info said 2 days to resolve. Now on day 5. Helpline automatic message says recently resolved but clearly not resolved. No ability to talk to anyone? Just automated crap!!!!

No sign of a chat bubble and day 7 of the outage with no news??

Now into the 2 week point. My wife was contacted and told it was with BT Openreach to rectify within 3 days....5 days ago. Now it appears the road has to be dug up no news of any resolution or timeline.

Unfortunately if the road has to be dug up you may be in for a long wait as permission is required then possibly road traffic control. I would recommend you look at using a hotspot for now to keep you going.
