Apologies if this has already been asked but does anyone know about the 'outage' in Orpington ?
We've had no broadband for three days and customer service can't shed any light on the issue.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@5290694286 run the connection test in the My Sky app over a mobile network which will tell you if there is a known issue affecting your line. If there is not one call Sky to report the fault. The recent bad weather is causing a lot of issues and engineers will be working to sort them but equally a single line can fail which Sky can't get fixed until they know about it.
