Outage for 3 days crewe cw1

Any idea when this will be fixed? Absolutely no updates apologies nothing. The app told me to book an engineer which I did and waited in no one arrived.

@Pistinbroke  I'm afraid no one on the forum can give you any updates as we are all customers here.  Have you spoken to Sky at all in thr 3 days it's been down? only Sky can give any updates.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

If the engineer was booked for today, Sky won't receive an update from Openreach until overnight tonight. 

The below link explains the Ofcom agreed auto compensation scheme which Sky operates for when there is a TOTAL loss of Sky Broadband or Sky Talk.

If you have a total loss of service and it isn’t fixed after two full WORKING days from when you first report the fault to Sky, you will become eligible for it. It’s applied 30 days after the fault has been repaired and will come in the form of a credit appearing on your Sky account.
