Hi, we had some seriously heavy rain two days ago and since then, no internet. Done all the usual tests, no luck, sky insists that they cannot see my hub. I've changed the micro filter, nothing. I now have to wait until the 5th Dec, for an engineer. I'm disabled and do not go out. I rely on the internet for ordering medicine and foodstuffs and contact with the outside world. I'm not happy.

If you have a total loss of service and it isn’t fixed after two full working days from when you first report the fault to Sky, you will become eligible for it once the fault has been fixed. It will come in the form of a credit appearing on your account.
Going forward it may be worth registering with the Sky Accessibility Team who may be able to help now or in the future. Once registered there are also different methods of communication with this team

Sky decided to rub salt in the wound by sending me an insurance offer to cover all my sky equipment!
