Out of contract so you have turned off our WiFi

Our WiFi has been dropping off all week. We get seconds, then off again.
We got an email today telling us we're out of contract and to call sky.
just because we're out of contract we should still have the service. We pay our bill on time.
We  will be reporting this to ofcom!

That would be a coincidence: line and router faults happen both inside and outside minimum contract terms, and Sky has millions of line and routers in use.

Sky Glass 55" (on ethernet) & two Stream Pucks (one ethernet / one WiFi)
BT Halo 3+ Ultrafast FTTP (500Mbs), BT Smart Hub 2
