Im out of contract and left , Sky have billed me for early termination charges afetr I have decided to go elsewhere and not signing a new contract . Do I have to return old equipment

Thank you for your reply , no I was not a Sky Q customer , I try to call them to explain but it keeps sending me to the direct debit team. Ill try from another phone as it seems they have tracked mine to divert to payments

I have been 11 years with Sky anf the fees we going upwards , I needed 5 boxes on multi screen but q or the new equipment doesnt offer this. Glass was offered at a fee far in excess of what Virgin offered , so went for Virgin saving £50 per month
