The Sky hub does not have MAC filtering. This problem is usually caused by having both the 2.4ghz band & 5ghz band synced under the same SSID & the printer getting confused. Try splitting them using the guide below.

It's advise is to add the MAC address of the printer to the list of permitted devices for the router. How can I do this?
Also try deleting the hp drivers, reset the printer to default, then use the hp 'smart' app to reconnect it again.
