Our wireless HP Envy 7640 has recently lost its wireless connection and now we can seem to reconnect

Our wireless HP Envy 7640 has recently lost its wireless connection and now we can seem to reconnect. I've performed a wireless network test and the report states as Mac address filtering may be enabled on the wireless router. It's advise is to add the MAC address of the printer to the list of permitted devices for the router. How can I do this?

The Sky hub does not have MAC filtering. This problem is usually caused by having both the 2.4ghz band & 5ghz band synced under the same SSID & the printer getting confused. Try splitting them using the guide below.

Also try deleting the hp drivers, reset the printer to default, then use the hp 'smart' app to reconnect it again.
