Our wifi does not seem to work on our phones

All our devices work about from all phones including Iphones and Samsung. Things just hang and do not load

@Reenapatel if other devices are connecting properly but phones are not check it isnt something obvious like the phones being further from the hub. The WiFi indicator on the phone gives a rough indication of signal strength or you can use an app like WiFi sweetspots that will tell you the connection speed to the hub as you move round your home. Its not unusual to find wifi signal will vary from onecroom to another and even on occasions within the same room.

 

It is worth checking that your hub is the best pisition which is on a surface and out in the open so the Wi`Fibsignal can freely radiate.
