Our internet seems to have lost strength and WiFi doesn’t work in all rooms of our house

Our internet connection is not working as it should. The signal is no longer strong enough to reach other rooms in the house.

@Katty1303 check that the sliwdown isnt an issue with the speed to your hub which you can check bybrunning the connection test in the My Sky app. If that is ok you sound to have an issue with WiFi speeds in your home. As we all use more and more wireless devices and the problem of WiFi interference gets worse.

 

Standard advice is restart your hub which can help,as the hub will find the least congested channels. Makecsure your bub is in the best position which is as central in your home as possible and out in the open on a surface above obstructions like radiators. However many people find that a single free wifi router is not enough to give decent wifi in every room so havecto spend money to get better coverage.

We have tried all of this and nothing has worked. If happened before a year or so ago and I rang sky customer services and they did something their end that fixed it. It was fine on Friday and then like this on Saturday and we havnt added any more devices or done anything differently on that time?
