Our internet isn’t working. Our Sky Glass says there is a technical issue. We can’t fix locally.

We have got up this morning and noticed our sky glass tv won't work. It has an error message saying there is a tech error and sky is working on it. Our other equipment, eg phones, are connected to WiFi, but the internet is not working. We've checked our router etc and it's all set up fine.

@Matt1975b check the leds on your hub see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start as they can tell you what is wrong.
