My broadband signal is really slow and drops out all the time.
for what we pay I expect a steady service.
out tv signal drops about 3 times a week and we loose all signal
i would like someone to come out and fix it and not just tell me to restart it every time this dose not work

If I am talking to other sky customers then I imaging you have issues with your sky service too.

I complained to sky about my service and instead of offering support and helping to fix it they offered me the ability to cancel with out any fees.
not great customer service if they give up so fast

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Nat+in+letchwort There is no point in putting up multiple posts. These will just be put together in one thread and if you are not wanting help, but to just tell the forum what has happened could you keep it to one thread please.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Nat+in+letchwort that response implies Sky have done what they can. Without details of the issue from you forum members cannot tell you if that is a reasonable statement or not.
Speed of broadband connections over copper phone lines are limited by the length and condition of line which is down to physics. Switching ISPs wont help if that is the issue unless they can use an alternative network lije Virgin Media or one of the Fibre Altnets if they cover your address. Mobile broadband is a viable option for many people.
Your hub's connection stats tells experienced forum members a lot about the line. Up to you if you just want to moan but its pretty boring for other customers who are who you are addressing.
