Our fibre upgrade has given us no wifi

Hello, 

 

we had our fibre installed almost a month ago, it doesn't work. It's gotten worse recently and I have previously tried to contact sky about it. It's so bad I think we'll just go elsewhere as it's so hard to find anyone that can help us. The WiFi will completely cut out, it can't load films and makes working from home very hard. 

if anyone that works at sky could please help before I move that would be much appreciated

@Liv30 You would be better to call sky direct, posting on the Forum as a cust - cust help will not be best for you.
