Our WiFi speed is slow and drops out

Our WiFi speed is slow and drops out several times a day, we are paying for full fibre 150, but online tests over the last few days havn't been above 30 - 50mbps. These speeds are not even suitable for surfing the internet. I have had a email saying you are increasing my tariff by £3 which I'm really not happy about as the service is not what I expected considering we are on fibre optics.
