Our WiFi service is terrible in half the house

WiFi does not seem to be good and the tv streaming is also often glitchy.

@ChrissieD wifi signal strength is affected by the layout type of construction of your home which are beyond Sky's control. To stream video in rooms well away from the hub often requires extra equipment as the free hub Sky provides cannot give sufficent signal strength.

 

Sky sell add-ons like WiFi Max which can provide up to 3 extendrs if they are required to give a minimum of 10Mb/s in every room (25Mb/s for Ultrafast customers). Alternatively you can buy your own equipment if you prefer.

We definitely require add-ons like WiFi Max to provide up to 3 extendrs to give 25Mb in each room.

 

how much is this and how do we arrange? Can a sky engineer come out and assess our setup? We are going to cancel Sky if this cannot be resolved.
