Ordered Sky Wifi Max but not received anything!

Hi. I have recently had Sky Broadband Superfast installed which has been running okay but not in two of my upstairs rooms. I found out about Sky Wifi Max and so ordered this as a bolt-on but I have not received the upgraded router or any pods. I have had no joy with the Virtual Assistant (next to useless tbh) and my Orders page states there are no outstanding orders. How long do I have to wait for these to come through?

Which router do you currently have?

 

A pod isn't despatched until the Max Hub is in place and coverage can be checked against the Enhanced Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee.

Is this already a Max Hub that I have, then?

I ordered a broadband and a tv handle did not receive when I checked my order it was returned to sky and I am not sure what to do next
