Ordered Sky Broadband after Sky TV, Isn't showing on account.

After purchasing SkyTV and having a mass of issues getting them to recognise the place I am currently staying as having internet ports, I purchased Sky broadband however its as if the broadband is on a seperate account despite being made using the same email + Phone number. 

Any solutions?

Have you linked your broadband account to your Sky ID as per this:

I can't link my broadband account as it doesn't show up at all. None of the links helped.
