Ordered Full Fibre, open reach not completed the install up pole
Open reach came out and went up a pole, connected a cable and left it coiled up at bottom of pole. Morrisons came yesterdy toput boxes in and activate. Turns out the open reach cable is not live. But now I cannot get into Sky account to see order tracking so frustrating.
Just need open reach to come back!

@kevint3 The pole has nothing to do with seeing your order tracking on your account side, just no connection between those factors, the fact that the Pole is not connected is a MAJOR oops in the system and you may be well stuffed with that!
