Order broadband

Hello, I've ordered broadband and received an email with the tracking number for royal mail. Sky mentioned I should be receiving it on Monday but tracking the number says unavailable on royal mail and even through the 'tracking order' on sky website , it says to contact sky.

 

Any help on this would be appreciated

@mewwow  You need to call Sky as the forum does not have any access to your account, we are customers here.
