Orange voice light, no internet light. All other lights are green. Have tried reset, powering off, reconnecting cables but nothing has worked. No connection since Thursday 15th December, need internet to work from home. I think I have arranged engineer visit but the status of that has not changed since Thursday and I have received no communication from Sky to suggest that they are planning on getting me any time at all, please help!

Find out moreUnfortunately Openreach don't support individual domestic users over weekends (their target time to fix is within two working days), so a fault logged by an ISP on a Thursday may well not generate an investigation until the following Monday at the earliest.
It may be worth phoning Sky to check that there's an action recorded: it's quite possible actual attendance at your address is not required.
