no internet connection. Power light solid green , last light on router solid orange . Help !

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Milly71 run the service checker in the My Sky app over a mobile connection which will tell you if Sky konow of an issue affecting your line. If it doesnt call Sky to report it but with the current stormy weathher and the bank holiday mybe easier said than done.
