Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Susan122 if its tge light labelled internet the hub has lost connection to the line. Run. The service checker in the My Sky app over a mobike connection to see if it tells you Sky are aware of a faulr affecting your line. If it doesnt call Sky tonreport it so they can get it fixed.
