Orange light on but not flashing tried all resets already
trying to test connection but keeps saying try later

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Carolhooper if the online test is not telling you of a known fault affecting your line then you need to report the fault so it can be fixed. Unfortunately the error message doesn't tell you thst just that the test can't run as it can't connect to the hub.
I can see that your post has been escalated to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
