19/11/24 my internet stopped working, with an orange light showing on Voice. I tried all the usual things rest, unplug everything, reconnect all cables. No success. Engineer booked to visit today. I have been a customer since April and this is the first it has happened. Very annoying to be without WiFi. Anyone know what is going on? There are lots of posts to mention issues internally at Sky. If there are any updates from the last couple of months of any fixes, it would be helpful. Thanks.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@MM33 the hub has lost connection to the line which is why you have lost both the wifi and voice. As you have an engineer booked it is best just to leave for them to sort.

No fix from Sky and they have now booked an OpenReach engineer for Friday pm! Wow this is very painful. Any other ideas anyone? Thanks
