Solid orange light on sky broadband hub, we have no internet at all. Can't run a broadband test as just keeps saying oops.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@lukeandjen the checker runs over a mobile connection. If that does not tell you anything useful then call Sky to report the issue.
