@hidyjane Sky don't have a hotspot service on their domestic broadband (where you have posted) , they provide broadband to the end user and any wifi in the home is just for the home user.
Can you explain why your think there is a hotspot service running? Do you have a Sky Business Broadband service? If so you need to contact Sky business as this is a Domestic User community
