Openreach visit cleared faults and show 80Mbs on linebut only getting 30Mbs from router

Any ideas why I'm only getting 30Mbs through router but Openreach engineer who just left, and router stats (below) show 80Mbs. I'm contracted for 60Mbs.

@Parsnips2020  Which device are you only getting 30 mb/s on and how is connected to the router?

Hi @Highlinder thanks for your reply, the router was a 3.0, though another Sky engineer has come today and replaced it with a 4.2.

The signal did stabilise and increase but they were not confident that it would support Sky Stream, new router up to pretty much 80Mbs now

@Parsnips2020  That should be plenty enough for Sky stream.
