Openreach help - New install cancelled

Can anyone help with the best way forawrd in resolving getting some connectivity sorted?

We have no BT Box, we ordered a connection through SKY and it was appently cancelled by Openreach.

The property was surveyed by openreach and was told there should be no problem.

I have a Case ID from Sky but had no other correspondace from Openreach or any further from Sky (was supposed to call me 3rd Oct)

Can anyone escalate or help?  Case number: 4 4 4 5 3 2 8190

@DocLenny There is nothing the Forum can do with that, so you need to do the call to sky!

OK - just though there maybe a fellow community member that has been in similar situation and can offer advice?

Frustrating just getting through to a Sky Expert!
