Openreach have informed me that I can have full fibre, however Sky says I can't upgrade.

Openreach were installing full fibre in my area, as a result I registered and they have now informed me that it is available, however when I try and upgrade via Sky they are telling me that it is unavailable, Openreach have contacted me to say that when I speak to Sky tell them to contact Openreach, however you can't appear to talk to a human at Sky.

Sky's systems can often take weeks or months to update once FTTP has gone live so you'll need to be patient

Also note that if you currently have Ultrafast 1 over G.fast at the address with Sky then they won't permit a move to FTTP and so their sales system will erroneously declare that a full fibre circuit isn't available.

You will prob be inundated with junk mail and emails from anyone and everyone selling full fibre once openreach release it for general sale but as mentioned above it can take a while for that to happen

in my case full fibre was fitted in October and could not place orders until januarsry with anyone other than bt
