Openreach engineer was unable to complete the job

Hello, I have signed up for Sky Broadband 3 weeks ago and was told that an Openreach engineer needs to come out to connect my property. I got an appointment for today (27/01/2025) but the Openreach engineer has not turned up. The link I received from Openreach to track the progress of the work says: Openreach engineer has been unable to complete the job. Please contact your internet provider.
So, what's now? I am just not able to contact Sky nor Openreach. II have not received any communication from Sky. I was waiting for this appointment for 2.5weeks and don't want to wait another 2.5 weeks for a new appointment.
Any help how to get in touch with Sky or Openreach?
Many thanks,

Marta

@Marta3

Unfortunately, it is difficult to rush Openreach along usually you'll need to wait the required time to complete the job. You will be compensated for missed appointments and days it takes to the next appointment.

Re: Openreach engineer was unable to complete the job

Thank you!
After chasing Sky over the phone, I got a new appointment for Thursday so fingers crossed the engineer will turn up this time.
