Openreach/Sky mismatch - NAD key update

For years, I have been checking the portal for a date when full fibre will be available, with no luck.
Today, I managed to grab an Openreach engineer who was in the street and he confirmed 100% the full fibre is available, and that he had fitted it at 2 of my near neighbour's houses!  He believed the issue was that my NAD key (newwork address database) needed updating, then Sky would see the true availibility details of my address.  While this seems simple enough, getting someone to understand and action this is not proving so.
