Openreach ONT isn't working

Hi all

I've logged a problem with Sky about my Openreach ONT not working but wondered if anyone has a quick solution. 

We only had it installed today and it worked fine for a few hours but now the ONT has no power. I've turned it off and on, reset it, tried different plugs and nothing has worked. 

Any ideas?
