Since activation of our broadband the download speed is 0.28 Mbps (instead of 75 Mbps). As Sky engineer couldnt find the cause of this issue we had a private ex BT engineer over and he encountered severe cracking/noise in Openreach External Cable. Who can help to look at that and fix it?

@Tereza+P run the connection test in the My Sky app or web site as if speeds are that low it should automatically book an Openreach engineer to check the line. If it doesnt call Sky and report the fault if you fial 150 on your Sky Talk landline the call is free if that line is noisy report thst as well.

Line faults up to the master socket in your home are down to Openreach but they will only take reports from their customer who is Sky.
