Discussion topic: Open reach engineer

Open reach engineer not showed up today. Had all the texts to say en route etc.. won't respond to call or texts, I took the day off work unpaid to wait in all day and now sky say they cannot speak to them for 72 hours. What an absolute joke, anyone else has this?

Sky cannot contact individual Openreach engineers. For on3 thing they're different companies. He/she may have been delayed at a previous appointment. If they don't show up today give Sky another call tomorrow and see if they have had an update from Openreach (which they are not good at providing to the ISP's).
