Open reach engineer rescheduled is afternoon slot

Open reach engineer decided to rearrange is afternoon appointment from 1300 till 1800 which it was scheduled 📅 but decided to come early instead which it wasn't arranged for instead of afternoon instead he did ring me but looking at the rules it does state you should come on the time your booked in or if you can't make it or going to be late on the day

@Jonathanphillip Openreach engineers are assigned a number of jobs in a slot on some occasions these take less time than allowed so they can call to see if they can bring a job for the afternoon forward especially if they expect one of the other jobs in the afternoon slot is likely to over run. If it isnt convenient then the job can be rescheduled. Sky wont know until tomorrow what happened as the dngineers reports come in over night notmally.

Plus I'm.not being funny but it messed the afternoon slot up via my sky app having to wait all afternoon till it clears off my phone I can't do nothing till it cleared itself
