Only two outside green lights on, on router,

Router only showing two lights,  sky connection down showing on TV screen, run through all the lets fix it but still no connection, but when run line test via my phone it tells me the line and my router are all working fine

@Jay1061 if your connection is still down this morning and thecservice checker run overca mobile connection is not telling you Sky knowcabout a fault affecting your line call them to report. The forum cant be used to report faults.
