Only getting 92mbs when my guarantee is 400mbs...

I did the test online. 

 

Can and engineer come out and can sky also refund me? This is terrible

Is that 92Mbs over wireless or a cabled connection?

 

All WiFi is zero Mbs on the other side of a few walls.
