Only getting 92 mag speed on Wi-Fi

we only yesterday had the Sky 500 fibre router fitted and the speed is fluctuating so much as of five minutes ago 1230. I was only getting 92 meg and I can walk into at least two rooms on the ground floor where I cannot get any Wi-Fi I am not happy with this and would appreciate it having someone come out and either sort this out or take it out thank you

I'm in the same boat. Technical department is useless keep saying to reset the router madness. Let me know if you get it resolved
