Find out more@Dark+Priest the problem with speedtests is they measure the slowest part of the connection between the device and the server which could be your broadband but is more likely to be the WiFi signal in your home. Sky only guarantee the connection to the hub as WiFi spedds vary according to the layout and type of construction of your home.
You can check the connection to the hub by going into the Service Checker in the My Sky app and clicking on the broadband test. Thst will give you not only the current speed but also the guaranteed spedd for your line and the history for the last couple of weeks. If the speed is under or near the guarantee then it should offer to book an engineers check.
Assuming that is OK then it is the wifi signal in your home which maybe improved if you move your hub so it is out in the open above obstructions like radiators but beyond thst requires you to spend money either to pay Sky for their WiFi Max add-on or to buy your own wifi kit.
