Ongoing internet issue! What am I paying for???

Two engineers booked, reassured it would be fixed by Friday pm 

nothing works! This is going into week 3 with broadband issues

 ant use internet, can't watch tv....

frustrated! 
please only respond if you can actually help

last night I was told someone would reach out and didn't 

very disappointed in service of products and customer service
