About a week ago, our broadbent stopped connecting to the internet.
Green power light and Wi-Fi light. internet light flashing orange.
checked all of the cables in the house, and all the connections, reset the router, followed all of the troubleshooting guides daily. Only verdict was to get an engineer out.
work etc has been busy so couldn't commit to an engineer visit date. Open reach been out at the flats beside me prior to my service disappearing.
Friday, work being done on neighbouring flats and connection magically reappeared, but drops late at night 23:30+ last night and tonight.
has anyone got any experience of similar issues?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Fuzmck not an uncommon scenario unfortunately. If the service is still down this morning call Sky to report the problem.
The work on the network is done by Openreach engineers and they are pretty busy as they always are during periods with bad weather as water getting into joints etc disrupts the high frequency electrical signals broadband uses when passing over the copper network. Fibre is pmuch less bothered by rain.
You could be due compensation as explained here Customer Auto-Compensation | Sky Help | Sky.com
