One specific webpage does not load

Dear Community,

One particular webdomain does not load in either Microsoft Edge or Chrome.

• Whether the Windows Defender shield is on or off.
• With SKY broadband shield disabled, it still doesn't load. With the SKY broadband shield switched on, the website has been added as an exception as 'safe', the website still doesn't load.
• Cache and cookies have been cleared.
• Router has been switched off for 10 seconds and rebooted.
• My mobile is also connected to SKY Wifi, and on it the same website also doesn't load.
• The particular website DOES load when Sky Wifi is turned off and mobile data (different provider) is used.
• I have not made an active change to any of my settings recently. The problem started 'spontaneously'.
• Everyone else can load it, other than me.

It is my project's website and I am the only one who can edit it, so this means that I am really stuck at the moment.

@Esther-London you appear to have done everything I can think of. Sky do not block any sites other than those covered by court orders which doesnt of course include yours so I doubt its an issue related to the ISP or hosting company as such.

I wondered if it was a internal routing issue where the link was pointing to a local copy of your site in error.

Try switching the hub off for around 1hr instead. Your public IP may be the issue

Sadly I have no control over the hub, but it is worth bearing in mind.

Thank you for your response. The problem is still ongoing and only on that site. How bizzarre. I have started to learn to live with it and accept that I don't have emails coming in when I am there.
