Onboarding issue with new sky max router
My sky was activated on the 22nd of August we have sky broadband 150megabit
A white sky max router
There has been no connection as yet
I have spoken to sky almost every day
And currently have been waiting 5 days for a response from the sky onboarding team.
Can some one help with this

For reference the OTP has 4 lights
The router has no gateway address and the light is a slow flashing green
