On my sky hub all lights are off

Lights are off on my sky hub from yesterday night

@Nisargtrivedi  If all lights are off is the hub plugged into the power socket?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Test the socket with a lamp, if possible.  If that works then you know the Hub or its PSU have failed.
